We have found patients who know what to expect and who understand the how and why of what we recommend tend to get the best results.  Your results are our passion.  This is why we created the “Pathway to Health”.  The pathway is an educational process we will walk you through for the first four visits at our office.  We will teach you through brochures, charts, diagrams, models, and computers, so you can achieve the highest results possible.

FIRST VISIT:

New patients are requested to fill out a health history questionnaire, to help us understand your health concerns.  A one-on-one consultation with the patient case manager will be done to discuss your health problems and to determine what may be the cause.  A comprehensive examination and evaluation will be conducted including those tests necessary to determine the precise cause of your health problem.  The doctor will advise you if additional laboratory tests or x-rays are needed.

SECOND VISIT:

You will be given a thorough explanation of our treatment and what results can be obtained.  If you are accepted as a patient, care will begin.

THIRD VISIT:

The different types of care will be explained, so you can choose the type of care you desire.  You will be given a copy of your progress report, so you can see how we track your improvement.

 FOURTH VISIT:

An estimate of how long and how many visits you will need to pass all of the physical tests done on your first visit will be given.  Cost estimates will be discussed, and options for payment will be offered so you can choose what works best for you.  Office policies and patient agreements will be discussed.
